Connect & Communicate: From the first moment we connect, we’re here to listen and understand your vision. Our approach is personal and human—we’ll start with an email and a quick text to schedule a call where we can get to know you and ensure every step feels clear and intentional.
Book & Plan: Our thoughtfully designed packages are crafted with your story in mind. There’s no guesswork—just an experience that’s effortless and tailored to what matters most to you. Whether it’s an engagement session or boudoir shoot, every detail is chosen to highlight your unique connection.
Check-Ins & Prep: We believe preparation creates confidence. With planned check-ins, we’ll guide you through each step, from a four-month-out call to final confirmations before your big day. You’ll feel supported and cared for, knowing we’ve thought of everything so you can focus on the moments that matter.

What to know before we begin
Images & Copyrights
All the images we capture during your wedding day or session are yours to enjoy, share, and print for personal use. However, as the creators, we retain the copyright to the images, allowing us to showcase your beautiful moments in our portfolio and marketing materials. If you’d prefer not to have your images shared, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate!
Payment
We believe in making your experience as smooth as possible, which includes offering flexible payment options. Payments can be made through credit card, Venmo, PayPal, check, or bank transfer—whatever works best for you. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of $1,000 are required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due one month before your wedding day.
Travel
Travel is included for all packages within 100 miles of Sioux Falls, SD. For weddings or sessions beyond this radius, a travel fee of $0.67 per mile applies. If your wedding or session requires flights or overnight accommodations, we’ll work with you to coordinate travel details and provide a customized quote.
Editing
Every gallery we deliver is carefully curated and professionally edited to reflect our signature style. Wedding galleries take approximately 3–6 weeks to complete, while engagement or boudoir sessions are typically ready in 2–4 weeks. We’ll notify you as soon as your images are ready, so you can relive your day as soon as possible!
Reveal Celebration
The Reveal Session is where your story truly comes to life. Once your gallery is complete, we’ll schedule a special session for you to view your images for the very first time. This is a relaxed, intimate moment to relive your day and experience the magic all over again. Together, we’ll go through your custom-designed album, choose wall art, and finalize any additional keepsakes. The goal is to turn your memories into tangible treasures you can hold, display, and share for generations.
